The idea for the Bonn Münster Foundation was born on the initiative of a Bonn citizen who dedicated a large part of his private wealth to Bonn’s cathedral. The Bonn Minster Foundation was established with this share capital. It is an independent foundation under private law. It promotes art and culture in and around Bonn Cathedral and helps to preserve the church building. The Minster Foundation in Bonn only uses the interest income, the assets of the foundation remain untouched. In this way, it can give its foundation purpose a long-term perspective: to preserve Bonn Cathedral and to fill it with life.
You can support Bonn Cathedral with an endowment, an estate foundation and a donor loan.
