The existing church heating system is technically obsolete, uneconomical in terms of energy and has serious defects in the area of the ventilation unit, the fire dampers and the air channels. The mineral fibre insulation is in dissolution. It can also be assumed that at least the older fire dampers contain asbestos.
A complete renovation of the church heating system and an energetic optimization of the entire system are unavoidable.
Due to the serious problems there is an urgent need for action! In particular, the cracking damage, the damage in the masonry and the dilapidated building services installations make immediate renovation unavoidable.
